Over the last few years, we have had the pleasure of being involved in a number of Dermot Bannon's Room to Improve projects.
We first got involved when Dermot and the show's interior designer, Karina Heaslip, called to our showroom to take a look at what we had on offer and to ask us if we would like to get involved with a project which was happening on our doorstep in Tramore, Co. Waterford.
Dermot & Karina were very impressed with our showroom and our product range & we were delighted to get involved. We met with the clients Claudia & Tom Flynn, who were fantastic to work with & we supplied a stunning Ethnicraft Mikado table & Bok chairs and a beautiful modular, contemporary sofa for their stunning home on the coast.
Dermot was so impressed with our product range, that he came back to Sienna to buy the sofas for his own home, which also featured as a "Room to Improve" project. Dermot chose a very simple, modern shaped sofa in linen, loose covers for his own home & he felt they "ticked all the boxes - simple, straight lines, stylish & comfortable".
A few months ago, we had a visit from Mary & Jim Moloney, who were in the middle of a "Room to Improve" renovation with Dermot & his team. Mary and Jim had a great vision for the style and look they wanted for their home & we worked with them to find beautiful furniture for their kitchen, dining room, living room and sitting room.
Mary & Jim chose a Helsinki sofa for the living space, which has quite a strong scandi look & they selected two modern leather swivel chairs to work with this. They selected a solid oak plank table, designed by Danish manufacturer Skovby and matching chairs for their dining space.
